of IC leadframes and ultrapreecise motor core, is the third
wholly-owned Japanese enterprise invested by Mitsui High-Tec
inc. in mainland after Mitsui High-Tec(Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
And Mitsui High-Tec Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd.. The
company was founded in March, 1996, and began massproducing
in June,1998. the company has total investment of US∞15
million covering an area of 33,000M2.

Based
on advanced technology and producing processes, our company
currently is the only domestic supplier of IC Leadframes
with 240 pins. In 1999, we were assessed as one of the Shanghai
high & new technology enterprises by Shanghai Science
& Technology Committee.
